Clean Clear is a cleaning agency providing fully insured, efficient domestic cleaners in the Greater London area.

Our cleaners can clean from 2.5 hours to 5 hours or more on a weekly basis with ironing included as standard. You will have the same fully vetted cleaner each week so they'll know your requirements, likes and dislikes.

Our Domestic Cleaning Service


Cleaner Vetting


We have a strict vetting process when we employ new cleaners so that our customers can be confident in using Clean Clear. We require 2 references from previous employers, photo id, proof of address and proof of permission to work in the UK. We also require good levels of spoken English and require our cleaners to pass a cleaning practical.

Service Payment


The £8.90 cost of our service consists of £6.30/hr paid directly to the cleaner and £2.60/hr agency and insurance fee. You pay the cleaner for the days work at the end of each visit, the agency and insurance fee is paid directly to us and is billed quarterly. These prices are based on a regular weekly visit of at least 2.5 hours.

Cleaning Materials


We have found that the most economical and hygenic approach is to use your cleaning materials. It avoids pet hair or mites traveling from one customers house to the next and also means your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it to.

Keys


Our cleaners are happy to work while you are home or while you are at work. The cleaning fee is the same at weekends so we can usually find a time that is convenient for you. However we have a security deposit form for use if you wish to leave a set of keys with the cleaner.

Ironing


Please tell us if you would like ironing, as we will send you a cleaner who can also iron. This is the same hourly rate as cleaning.
